My ideal client is someone who is successful, motivated to improve, will listen to other points of view,

and vulnerable enough to answer powerful questions and reflect deeply. You will dream big and want to improve your situation. That can mean goal setting, earning promotions/more money, improving interpersonal skills/relationships, OR figuring out how to work less and have more space for family, friends, fun and creativity.

As a leader and a coach, I work with highly successful people who are dedicated to their jobs, have climbed the ranks, and have had exciting backgrounds. They’ve changed careers midway through and have continued to have success in their new roles. They care about people, are driven, work as hard as anyone you have ever met, and they are great parents and partners to their spouses. But you see, success comes with hardship and difficulties as well. These clients (and I) struggle with fitting in, feeling like an imposter, over working, saying no, over committing, taking on the stress of others, and finding “their” big picture. I listen to them and build trust in our relationships, trust in themselves, gain insight to these challenges and fears, and to guide them in finding their big picture.
